Bauhinia Cheung 是日本房地產公司JP Property的副主席，亦是目前唯一取得日本國家級房地產物業顧問牌照「宅地建物取引士」的香港人。她居日15年，多次接受香港媒體訪問，包括TVB電視節目「香港人漂流記」、雜誌「忽然一周」、「AM730」、「Good Life」等。JP Property總部設於東京，同時在香港及澳門設有分店。

Bauhinia Cheung has lived in Japan for over 15 years. She appeared in Hong Kong TVB programme of "As I Drift - Tokyo" broadcast on 1st Sept 2014.

She now works as Vice President of JP Property, a Japan property agency with headquarter in Tokyo, branches in Hong Kong and Macau. She is the only one Hong Kong person holding Japan national property agency licence of "Real Estate Transaction Specialist".
